My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, which was a great addition to the services provided. The staff was very attentive and nice, although there was a slight issue with the shuttle service being stranded. The location was convenient for my trip, close to the Alpine Village where I was headed for Oktoberfest. The dining experience offered a nice fusion of American and Japanese breakfasts.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very noisy all night into the early morning from the street and other guests, but the staff managed to relocate me to a different room, which turned out to be an executive suite, a pleasant surprise. However, the new room was missing some furniture.
